Is OneShopLab free to try?
Yes. Every new account gets 150 free credits, no card required. Enough to audit one store and run a full AI generation (title + description + tags + 3 images) on roughly one to two products — enough to judge the output quality before you spend anything.
Will the AI sound generic or robotic?
You control the tone. Add a brand-voice instruction once site-wide (or per product) — "warm, casual, no exclamation marks" — and OneShopLab passes it to the model you pick: Gemini 3.1 Pro by Google, or Claude Sonnet 4.6 / Opus 4.6 by Anthropic. The output is generated against your actual product attributes, not a template.
Which platforms do you support?
Shopify, WooCommerce and Wix natively — we auto-detect the platform from your store URL. No existing store? You can also set up your own store inside OneShopLab: create a project, add products manually (title, description, images), then use the same AI rewriter and audit on top.
Do I have to install anything on my store?
No app, no permissions to grant. Generations happen on OneShopLab. You copy the new title and description, download the images, and paste them into your store admin when you're happy.
Are my original product texts and images preserved?
Always. AI outputs live on OneShopLab as a side-by-side before/after history. Nothing is pushed to your store unless you put it there yourself.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your audits, history and content stay accessible. Top-up packs are available on the Pricing page (one-off, no auto-renew), or you can upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly allowance.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. From Account → Subscription, open the Stripe billing portal and cancel in a click. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, and any unused credits stay spendable on your account.
Why use OneShopLab instead of ChatGPT directly?
ChatGPT gives you the model. OneShopLab gives you the workflow: automatic audit of your whole catalog, per-product scoring, versioned before/after history, one-click "Generate all" per product (every plan), and bulk generation across thousands of products on Pro and Scale. Same models, ten times less manual work.
In which languages can I generate content?
The interface ships in 13 languages, and you can set the output language per site — useful for multi-locale stores where the French site needs French copy and the German site needs German.
Is my data safe? Do you train models on it?
Our database and web app run on OVH in France (EU); images are stored on Cloudflare R2. Prompts are routed through kie.ai to Anthropic / Google / OpenAI under no-training agreements (providers may retain prompts up to 30 days for abuse prevention only). Full sub-processor list on our Privacy page.
Do I need to know prompt engineering?
No. Default prompts are tuned per model and per field (title, description, tags, images). The optional brand-voice field is plain instructions — written the way you'd brief a copywriter.
How fast is an audit?
A typical store of around 50 products audits in about 1 to 1.5 minutes. Larger catalogs scale linearly — we fetch up to 10,000 products per audit — and per-product scores stream in as soon as each product is processed.
