Yes. Every new account gets 150 free credits, no card required. Enough to audit one store and run a full AI generation (title + description + tags + 3 images) on roughly one to two products — enough to judge the output quality before you spend anything.

You control the tone. Add a brand-voice instruction once site-wide (or per product) — "warm, casual, no exclamation marks" — and OneShopLab passes it to the model you pick: Claude Haiku 4.5, Claude Sonnet 5 or Claude Opus 5. The output is generated against your actual product attributes, not a template.

Shopify, WooCommerce and Wix, natively. The audit starts from your store’s public URL — the platform is detected automatically. Once the store is connected (our WooCommerce extension, or our Shopify or Wix app), OneShopLab reads the catalogue straight from the platform, even when the storefront blocks crawlers. No store online yet? Enter your products by hand and run the same audit and the same AI on top.

For the audit, nothing: a URL is enough. For the changes to reach your store, yes — a two-minute connection: our extension on WooCommerce, or our app on Shopify and Wix. It only reads your catalogue and only writes what you have approved. Without a connection, OneShopLab stays a report with suggestions to copy out.

Yes. Every suggestion sits next to the original, and nothing goes to your store without your approval. Once applied, the change replaces the value in the store — and one click on Undo restores the previous one. If the field was edited in your store in the meantime, OneShopLab notices and overwrites nothing: it asks you to decide.

Your audits, history and content stay accessible. Top-up packs are available on the Pricing page (one-off, no auto-renew), or you can upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly allowance.

Yes. From Account → Subscription, open the Stripe billing portal and cancel in a click. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, and any unused credits stay spendable on your account.

ChatGPT gives you the model. OneShopLab gives you the workflow: an automatic audit of your whole catalogue, per-product scoring, before/after history, one-click “Generate everything” per product, bulk generation across thousands of products on Pro and Scale — and above all, the result lands in your store in one click (or by itself, if you asked for that), with undo at any time. The interface ships in 13 languages, and you can set the output language per site — useful for multi-locale stores where the French site needs French copy and the German site needs German.

Our database and web app run on OVH in France (EU); images are stored on Cloudflare R2. Prompts are routed through OpenRouter / kie.ai to Anthropic / OpenAI / Google / Recraft under no-training agreements (providers may retain prompts up to 30 days for abuse prevention only). No. Default prompts are tuned per model and per field (title, description, tags, images). The optional brand-voice field is plain instructions — written the way you'd brief a copywriter.

A typical store of around 50 products audits in about 1 to 1.5 minutes. Larger catalogues scale linearly — up to 10,000 products per audit — and scores appear as they come in. Once the store is connected, the catalogue comes straight from the platform: no more reading the storefront, and your own edits in the store flow back on their own.

You click Apply — per field, per product, or for the whole store. On Shopify and Wix, our app writes the change within seconds. On WooCommerce, the extension collects it at regular intervals: a few minutes at most. The product page in OneShopLab shows the real state of every change — waiting, sent, applied, or refused by the store — and keeps it across a refresh.

Yes, if you decide so: a per-store setting sends every generation as soon as it is ready, and a checkbox in bulk generation does it for a single run. It is off by default — writing into a live catalogue with no review is a decision you make for a store you know. Undo stays available either way.

Yes, within what your platform can do: add a generated image, reorder the gallery, pick the main photo, write the alt texts. OneShopLab only offers the actions your connection has declared — never one that would fail silently. The alt text is included in the price of every generated image.

Nothing is sent. The sync-related cards and buttons disappear from the interface, a new send is refused, and a change left waiting is marked as failed after ten minutes without a reachable store — instead of spinning for ever. Reconnect the store and send it again in one click.

Yes. Next to the image quality you pick a format: the source photo's own ratio, square (1:1), mobile (9:16) or banner (16:9). The image model frames the shot that way — nothing is cropped afterwards. The choice sits on the product page, in your account preferences and in a store's bulk configuration; accounts that never pick one keep the source ratio.
